Die Grenze zwischen „Männlich“ und „Weiblich“ ist im Digitalen deutlich härter als im physischen Raum. Stefan Mildenberger und Soma Boronkay irritieren einen Gender-Swap-Filter für Gesichter, indem sie sich gegenseitig das Gesicht und den Körper schrittweise mit abstrakten Mustern bemalen. Die digitale Hülle eines weiblich gelesenen Gesichts löst sich im Laufe der Performance auf. Der AR-Filter tritt an anderen Körperstellen, wo er scheinbar ein Gesicht erkennt, wieder auf. Performance, dokumentarisches Video und Abdrücke von der Gesichts-Bemalung auf Papier bilden eine Einheit. Die Performance ist inspiriert durch Rachele Didero und Adam Harvey.

The boundary between „male“ and „female“ is much harder in the digital world than in the physical. Stefan Mildenberger and Soma Boronkay are irritating a gender-swap filter for faces by gradually painting the face and body with abstract patterns. The digital shell of a face read as female dissolves over the course of the performance. The AR filter reappears on other parts of the body where it appears to recognize a face. Performance, documentary video and imprints of the face painting on paper form a unit. The performance is inspired by Rachele Didero and Adam Harvey.
